Empirical Study on the Relationship between Effective Following Behavior and Derived Creative Work Behavior: A Moderating Role of Perceived Organizational Support and Sustainable Leadership

چکیده
The leader of an organization and its members together constitute a binary structure the main body achievement their goals. existing literature mainly focuses on characteristics following behavior members. Although Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) theory uniquely explains relationship between sustainable leaders followers, it cannot as easily explain creative work followers. This paper proposes that effective can stimulate intrinsic motivation followers make this consistent with motivation, thereby producing leading to more organizational Moreover, demonstrates internal relationships mechanisms action behavior.
